About the Love Actually

“Love Actually” is the first novel that I have read in English, and I have read few novels in Chinese so far. At first, I think it must be difficult to read, but I kept reading to the end after I have read two chapters, the story attracted deeply. First, the characters came from all orders of society, from commoners to prime minister, from pupil to adults and international marriage. It is the whole society love. Second, the characters who the movie described have distinguishing features, and you can remember them when you first read it. For example, Daniel is an emotional, responsible and intelligent man. He very miss his died wife, and he was responsible for raising his stepson and help his stepson get rid of the pain of emotion. He did that a man should do, but a lot of men can’t do. Another is Aurelia who is a artless, frank and genuine girl. As a waitress, she jumped into cool lake just for Jamie’s paper, but when she saw Jamie first time, she fell shy and a little nervous. Her family is poor but she did everything very well. Finally, when you watch the script, you can associate your pass love and the love story which you have read or experience, and it bring pleasure for you. I think I need to watch the movie, and it will be more enjoyable.

Chinese chess

To talk about game should be easy to everyone, but it seems a little difficult to me because I first think of digital game when you ask me about game. When I was a child, the digital game hasn’t appeared; moreover I lived in countryside, I had to raise animal and help my parents to take care of

farm after school. So, playing game was luxury to me, the game that I can remember is now is board game, and most of them is playing on the ground. Most game is lost now, only one game that is still popular is Chinese chess, and you still can see many people paly it in China, also, in Calgary. Let me introduce Chinese chess, it’s an ancient game, and originated from 547 BC. The game resembles chess, play on a board consisting of two halves. Each has eight columns and four rows, and separate with a strip. Each part has sixteen pieces representing the military of ancient China. Two people play the game, and the pieces are placed on the intersection of the lines, you will win when opponent’s general is checkmated. It’s a good game, can train your analyzing ability and logical ability.

Met My Friend in Calgary

After two weeks, when he arrived back in China, he told me that he had bought a lot of gifts for family, but he didn't have a tour.
Last month, my friend, Fenglu, came to Calgary. He came here just for a short job training, and in his free time he wanted to have a tour of Calgary. So, I told him something about shopping, traveling, and living in Calgary. I said, “ Safety comes first when you go to another city, but you don’t have to wary about safety in Calgary. It’s a safe city, no matter if you traveling, living or shopping; however, you should be careful of you manners when riding bus or c-train.” So, I told him c-train and bus etiquette.

Don’t litter on C-train or bus, checks ticket yourself before get on C-train, don’t eat food on C-train, don’t make eye contact with stranger and so on. Moreover, when you go shopping, you should go to mails where there are a lot of shops, and Cross-iron Mail, Chinook mail, and Market Mail are bigger in Calgary, and price is cheaper. Also, I told him which brand is cheaper than China, which brand is same price as China, and which brand is more expensive than China. Finally, we talk about traveling, and he told me he wanted having a tour of Calgary. I said, “Calgary has many beauty place where you can go sightseeing, but it’s too cool, maybe you can have a tour of Banff International Park.” After two weeks, when he arrived back in china, he told me that he had bought a lot of gifs for family, but he didn’t have a tour.

Transportated Way of Travel

China has developed transportation, and the reason of traveling difficultly is because there are 1.3 millions people in china. You can take bus, subway and taxi or ride a bicycle to travel in city. You can take train, coach, high-speed rail or by air to travel; also, you can drive to travel. Almost every important city has airport in China, and you can arrive every county town by train; also, the expressway has connected every county town. China has seven thousands kilometers high-speed railway, and high-speed is 350 kilometer per hour.

So, it is easy to travel, no matter whether you travel in a city or between cities. What are you favorite way to travel? I can’t say in one word; it depends on your travelling purpose. If you have a business trip of a far city, you should by air or take high-speed rail; if not, you can take train, coach or other way. If you have a tour of big city, you ought to take train or by air; otherwise if you have a tour of forest park, county side sight-seeing or grass-land, you should drive your car. Beside, you should think about that which way is short to you destination, which way save time, and can you rent a car or not.

Is This City Safety?

Calgary is a great city, and a safe city. I'm luck, I always live in safe city. I have been here for two months, and I haven't met thieves, muggers and other crimes; in addition, my apartment and University don't have any burglaries, and my companions haven't seen any crime in their experience. You can go outside at night alone, and you can ask everyone you meet when have a problem. People is friendly,they can help you when you need a help. I come from Beijing, China, and I lived Beijing for 5 years before I came here. Beijing is a big city, and it has 30 million people, but it's a safe city，then over 200 million people have tour of Beijing. People are friendly , and if you have a tour of Beijing, you can get help from everyone who can give you a answer as detail as possible.

Although, we stay a safe city, but sometime burglary happens; so, we had better learn to protect yourself. First, you should avoid going outside and dangerous place alone as far as possible.Second, you had better call police when you meet that some commit to crime, don't fight with them. You ought to be away from dangerous place when you walk on street or visit a park; furthermore, you should watch traffic sign before you through street, you should look around before you enter a work sit.
As a result, staying a safe city is important; also,learning to protect yourself is more important. Safety is most important to everyone.

My Favorite Thing

My favorite thing is to travel by stadium car. Last year I have been traveled by a stadium car twice, it is a great time, also a hard time, but I enjoyed it.

Whether or not do you drive a car to travel, it is according to the scenery that you will take. You had better travel by train or air if you visit city, it is easy to get lost because you aren't familiar to the city. In fact, historic scenic pots and famous sights in the world in downtown of the city, and traffic is very convenient. That is a good idea to drive a stadium a car to take a tour of mountains and rivers, because it will be difficult to find bus in scenic pots. Also, the scenery is far from city, it is easy to find parking and ways to scenery.

You need to draw up a plan after you decided your destination. You should know weather of scenery and the distance of two sceneries and place of departure to sceneries. The plan should include visiting time of scenery, driving time and free time.

Another thing is preparation. You should take you stadium car vehicle maintenance for your safety driving; furthermore, you should prepare food, clothing and money. Don’t forget your camera it will take main role in your tours. You had better book a hotel before you departure; however, you won’t find a house when arrive your destination.

You can start your tour, now. During you are driving, don’t forget enjoy scenery of both side of the roads. Maybe you can go for the picture that you rarely see, and I take a picture of rain bow in grassland. You should consult documentary and get enough information before you enter the scenic pots, and you may consult tour guide. If scenery service agent permits you to drive inside, you must do it. For example, if you go to grassland and lakes, you can’t to know where is scenery, where isn’t, everywhere is beautiful, so you can drive your car enjoy it as much as you like. You can take a picture in any place that you can drive. Don’t forget check your camera battery and SD card, ensure your camera have enough energy and space for taking picture.

$10 Million--a Dream

That is a good topic,and I wish I have $10 million after I wake up  in the morning. Frankly, If have $10 million, I had to make a big plan to spend it. First of all, I'm going to cost $3 million to buy two big,fully-furniture. One is for my parents,and the other is for my family, and cost $200,000 to buy a expensive car. Second I'm going to put $2 million into stock market, and put $1 million into banks, and I will spend $1 million to build Chen's foundation that help poor people and students who haven't money to go to school. In addition, I'm going to spend $3 million to buy shops that I will be responsibility for; then I will earn more money.In the shops I'm going to sale shoe, clothing, furniture, electric and so on. Finally, I'm going to spend $100,000 to take a tour of whole word, the first destination is North America, include New York, Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver and other famous cities; moreover, the Europe will be my second destination, Pairs, London, Berlin is the place where I must be go, the third destination will be Africa. I will take picture while I will be taking a tour; also, I'm going to make albums, and give hobby of picture free. That is my plan of $10 million. Ha ha, I almost spend all the money, no, no, I still have $1 million in the bank!

Moving House

Hi,t is already 10:48pm now, it is so later. I have just moved my house, this evening, our team that is eleven people were moved from Regency Suits Hotel to the Birkenshaw Apartment at 7:00pm. The apartment is far from C-train station, then we need get up earlier living apartment than living hotel. Ok, it's time for sleeping, I go to bed now and I hope we have a nice sleeping.

My Favorite Season

Fall, My Favorite Season

Fall is my favorite season.First of all, fall is a harvest season. when it is coming, Corns is fully grown, ripe fruits is increasing day and day until the weather is frost,that is to say, when the temperature outside falls bellow freezing point and the ground becomes covered in ice crystals. Apples, pears and grapes are harvested, peoples can eat local fresh fruits everyday. Farmers are happiest, they are working on fields, harvest corns, green bean, potato and etc, then taking their corns to Farmer's Market to sale it, getting their salary,they often work until sunrise. Second, fall is the beautiful season, it is coming, leave's color gradually change. No matter plain, mountain, farm, forest and grassland is a riot of color. Some leaves are green, another leaves are red,brown and yellow etc. It's simple painting has been painted by season. In late fall, snow cover the top of the mountain, the upper is white, the lower is forest that has been painted various color, the scene is charming, then everybody are reluctant to leave. In addition to, weather is becoming cool, the sky becomes clearer each day for better star gazing night.people leave the scorching hot weather, go in for outdoor activities, hiking, climbing mountain, play soccer and taking a tour to keep themselves health.Final, it has Halloween, Thanksgiving and Labor Day, also fall fashion is a bonus, sweaters, longs leave shirt, and boots.For all these reasons, I just love fall season, which season do you love?

My Second Hometown

Yinchuan City, My Second Hometown

Yinchuan City, the capital of Ningxia Autonomous region is a beautiful city, my second hometown. First of all, It's weather is suit for everybody. In summer, the highest temperature is 35ºC(centigrade), the lowest temperature is -18ºC (centigrade). It only rains or snows on few days. In downtown, road is wide enough for 8 car parallel run, areas of green fields is 50% of urban landscape, more than 70 lakes are connected, and the water come from Yellow rive, after cycling the city, then return to yellow rive.therefore, living in the city you don't fell dry.

Yinchuan city's scene is fascinating, there are two 5A view spots and a famous mountain nearby the downtown,you can spend you holidays with you family. The mountain is Helan mountain, a famous mountain in china, has a long history, and many stories. Gonging to the mountain you can see many kind of wild animal, wild forest, large area grassland and different rock mountain.On the tops of the mountain,you can look out over the whole city, and take a picture is thrilling.

The city has multiculture, It has been the capital of Xixia kingdom that had 198 years history, is becoming the hometown of the Hui nationality, is the capital of a province ,now. Different culture has different customers, bring local specific culture,habits and customs and dialect.There is broadcast channel that is speaking dialect named Haxixi. It's interesting to listen in the channel.

The city has rich products.The industrial products are coal, oil, agricultural products are rice, liquorice and china wolf berry that is the best in china. Also, it's the Chinese Arabian culture and trade exchange centre.
For the reason CNPC(China National Petroleum corporation) would built a oil refinery, I have been the city for 3 years, and I liked it when I arrived in the city, like it's mountain, streets,lakes,grasslands, rives and local peoples. Now, the project will be end,I don't want leave the city, most of my workmates are reluctant to leave it. therefore I think Yinchuan city is my second hometown.
